Ministry Commitments
We are committed to producing a high view of the local church among students, a high view of the family among students and their parents, and a high view of students in our church body.
Local Church
We are committed to producing a high view of the local church among teenagers. We consistently seek to involve students in the life of the church and encourage them to think of themselves as church members. Back.
Family
We are committed to producing a high view of the family among students and their parents. We are intentional with the message that parents continue to play a primary role in the discipleship of their children through the student years. We are intentional with students to highlight the value of parents, and encourage them to be open with their parents and involve them in their lives even as they are moving toward adulthood. Seeking to be a partner and a resource for parents in the task of parenting, our student ministry involves parents in every area of our ministry. We also seek to support discipleship and encouragement of younger siblings. Back.
Teenagers
We are committed to producing a high view of teenagers in our church body. Often, youth have low expectations for themselves and may perceive low expectations for them from others. They may feel they really have little to offer. We seek to reinforce a much larger vision in students for their lives, seeking to partner with parents to help them utilize the gifts and great potential God has in their lives for the good of the church and the advance of the Gospel around the world.
